In approximately 35 or 40 minutes by car, depending on the direction you choose and the season, we can obtain produce from Els Ports: game, wild mushrooms, truffles. Everything the sea has to offer: fish and shellfish. Produce from the river and its estuary including shellfish and rice. Locally grown produce... Thousand-year-old olive trees, etc. etc.
