The dining room of
our restaurant is located in what originally was the dwelling and the warehouses
of what was the first quarry of Ulldecona.
In this farm began what is today the most important industrial activity in the municipality: the extraction of stone of Ulldecona, which is internationally recognized.
The original stone
walls that surround the room combine perfectly with the decoration and the rest
of the architectural elements that we have modernized over the years.
This is a reflection of the gastronomic philosophy of Les Moles, which unites tradition and proximity with technique and avant-garde.
